NVVEX Studios is run by NVVEX STUDIOS LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. We sell one thing: accessories for people who spend their day at a desk making something. Creators, streamers, remote workers, students.
We are small. That means we read every message ourselves, and we answer.
How long does shipping take?
Free on every US order, no minimum. Items stocked in our US warehouse arrive in 3 to 8 business days. Everything else takes 5 to 12. The estimate for each item is on its product page, and you get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Why do items arrive in separate packages?
They ship from different warehouses. Nothing is missing, it just travels separately, and each package gets its own tracking.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email admin@nvvexstudios.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We replace it or refund you at no cost, and you do not ship anything back.
What if I just do not like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us with your order number and we send the return address. Return shipping is on you in that case, and there is no restocking fee.
Is my payment safe?
Checkout runs on Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card number.
