Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NVVEX STUDIOS LLC. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time
Delivery to US addresses usually takes 5 to 12 business days after processing. Items stocked in our US warehouse (such as the Monitor Light Bar and the Felt Desk Pad) arrive faster, typically in 3 to 8 business days. The estimated delivery time for each item is shown on its product page and again at checkout.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order value.

Multiple items, multiple packages
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times, since items can ship from different fulfillment centers. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.

Customs and import taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the package reaches your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at nvvexstudios@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with our shipping partner.
